CLOSED! Call Out For New Plays For Verge Season 2

Building on the success of 2020’s Verge Rehearsed Readings series, Prime Cut Productions is seeking submissions of new theatre scripts for its Verge 2021 Season from Northern Irish and Irish Playwrights.

We are specifically looking for fully completed Plays that feature at least two characters and have not yet been produced, to take part in a series of live streamed Rehearsed Readings., directed by Prime Cut Associate Director Rhiann Jeffrey. Plays should be no more than 90 minutes in length.  

This is an opportunity for you to hear your play read by a professional cast and heard by both industry professionals and the public with the opportunity for a Q&A following the reading. 

Verge Season 2 will be a curated season of 6-10 Rehearsed Readings and a small development fee will be paid to playwrights whose work is chosen.

Please submit your script with a short synopsis and character list to: associateproducer@primecutproductions.co.uk by 12 noon on Monday March 1st 2021. Successful submissions will be notified no later than March 21/2021
